The TECAPSY Consortium will develop a commercial and highly sought after transport solution. TECAPSY covers the first phase of commercial development: Business Plan models and market validation.     TECAPSY will establish the organisational, legal, operational and financial framework to facilitate the implementation and expansion of the system in any city or region interested in carpooling as a “para-”public mode of transport.     TECAPSY will be attractive to any European city or region and will be deployed throughout Europe. The common view held among transport authorities will be “Now we want to introduce these services and they will be here to stay and be continuously developed to the benefit of our citizens” More efficient, sustainable and intelligent mobility.
