Tecapsy –Trans European Carpooling and Parking System - bietet innovative, markterprobte Dienste für mehr Mobilität: e-carpooling service/Mitfahrdienste, ein i-parking service sowie eine digitale Mobilitätszentrale.     Carpooling, when combined with car parking incentives, has been demonstrated to be an effective solution in reducing traffic and increasing mobility by several R+D European funded projects (CARPLUS). TECAPSY takes this idea one step further by testing the market and developing a Business Plan for introducing a system that allows available car parking spaces to be offered to carpools. The guarantee of a car parking space increases accessibility for carpoolers and is a significant advantage. TECAPSY will prove that this is a viable system with which to stimulate the large market potential for carpooling.     TECAPSY ist ein Machbarkeits- und Marktauswertungsprojekt, kofinanziert durch die Europäische Kommission im Rahmen des Ten-Telecom Programms, unter Transport und Mobilität, und dem Schweizer Bundesamt für Bildung und Wissenschaft.
